Our Daycare Philosophy
At Kita Panda the well-being of the children is our focus. Our philosophy is based on the belief that every child is unique and has individual needs. We create an environment in which children can be themselves, feel safe and secure and can develop their personality freely.
A central aspect of our work is the individual support of the children. We use various educational concepts and adapt them flexibly to meet the respective needs and interests of each child. Our team consists of qualified specialists who work with their heart and soul to ensure that the children are optimally supported in their development each and every day.
Fun and games are essential for children's development. One of our priorities therefore is to ensure that the children in our daycare centre have a variety of opportunities to play and explore. Whether indoors or outdoors, our rooms and outdoor areas are designed to encourage creative and motor activities and to encourage children's natural curiosity.
Working with parents is very important to us. We maintain an open and transparent communication and actively involve parents in day-to-day daycare life. A strong and trusting relationship forms the basis for a successful educational partnership.

At Kita Panda children are cared for in a bilingual environment. We offer care and support in both German and English to optimally develop and strengthen their language skills in both languages.

Sustainability is a central concern for us. We promote this through initiatives such as allowing local parents to bring in used but well-preserved toys. Additionally, we plan to introduce a swap shop. These and other measures aim not only to reduce environmental impacts but also to strengthen awareness of sustainable practices from an early age.

At Kita Panda we place great importance on healthy, organic and local food. Initially our meals are provided by a caterer. Later we plan to prepare meals in-house by hiring our own chef to further enhance the quality and taste. Additionally we involve the children in baking and cooking activities.

These and other offerings are designed to increase our flexibility and support parents by meeting their requirements as best we can. We always welcome ideas from parents or staff.
